CanSolve mediators are available to mediate a wide range of disputes.   While all of us are experienced mediators, our different backgrounds may make one of us the preferred choice for your particular dispute.  We like to work in teams of two or more for large multiparty disputes.    We can arrange for meeting facilities, catering and travel/accommodation in Vancouver and other locations.   We will address any pre-mediation issues.   Our approach is facilitative and interest based.  We believe in the ability of the parties to reach their common goal of settlement when the process is facilitated in a way that allows them to understand all of the perspectives around the dispute and empowers them to negotiate creative resolutions.
